Vendor
Information
and Registration
April
9 - 11, 2010
When you arrive,
please check in with Liz Dunbar in Atlantic Oceanside Rm 104. Remember
to pick up a schedule and vendor directory.
Vendor
information - We will post any changes as soon as we know about them.
- Vendors need an annual
license, $100 for commercial or $50 for non-profits. This annual license will
cover you for Columbus Day as well. Call the Dewey Beach Town Hall for more
information and an application at 1-877-227-6331 (toll free.)
- You may vend from your
rooms, only. No street vending. In Rehoboth Beach, we were told, you need
no vending license to vend from your room.
- Please donate up to three
small items to be used as contest prizes. Take them to Liz Dunbar in AO 104
when you check in.
- Please send your location
and room number as soon as possible so that we can compile a directory to
hand out. The directory will be organized by location so people can find you
easily. If you would like anything more than your name and location listed
in the directory, please send that in digital form also.
- If you would like a flyer
or handout or anything else included in the goody bag every registrant receives,
bring it to AO 104 by Thursday afternoon. You may also send materials to:
Liz Dunbar | 2107 Nuttal Ave | Edgewood, MD 21040 - be sure they will arrive
before April 6, however.
